ON TOUR FROM JULY TO DECEMBER WITH
“CI VORREBBE ANCORA IL MARE”

2025 is a milestone year for MARCO MASINI, marking several important anniversaries, first and foremost the 35th anniversary of his artistic career. To celebrate this occasion, the beloved singer-songwriter will share his vast repertoire—from July to December—with his fans in the "CI VORREBBE ANCORA IL MARE" tour. His music has captivated and moved entire generations.

In addition to three special arena events—on October 18, 2025, at Palazzo dello Sport in Rome, October 24, 2025, at Unipol Forum in Milan, and October 25, 2025, at Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence—the tour will include additional dates across Italy.

In 1990, with Disperato, a song written by Marco Masini alongside Giancarlo Bigazzi and Beppe Dati, he won the 40th edition of the Sanremo Festival in the Newcomers category, also receiving the Mia Martini Critics’ Prize in the same category. The single was a huge success, followed by the release of his self-titled debut album Marco Masini, which sold over 800,000 copies and included not only Disperato but also the timeless hit Ci Vorrebbe il Mare—a poetic and romantic song that he performed at the Festivalbar 1990 and which now gives its name to this new tour.

Furthermore, 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of his fourth studio album, "Il Cielo della Vergine," which featured "Bella Stronza"—a song co-written with Bigazzi. In 2019, it became Marco Masini’s first single to receive a Gold Record certification from FIMI GfK for sales counted since 2010.

Over the past 35 years, Masini has released numerous hits that have strengthened the bond between him and his fans—unforgettable songs like Perché lo fai (3rd place at the Sanremo Festival in 1991), Cenerentola Innamorata, Vaffanculo, T’innamorerai, L’uomo volante (winner of Sanremo Festival in 2004), and many more.

Alongside the timeless classics of Italian music, the singer-songwriter will also perform, for the first time on stage, songs from his latest project “10 Amori” (Momy Records, Concerto / BMG), produced by Gianluca Tozzi and Milo Fantini, available on vinyl, CD, and digital platforms (https://MarcoMasini.lnk.to/10AmoriPR).

"They say time is elusive because the past no longer exists, and the future has not yet arrived. But every concert is an endless present, where yesterday's music comes alive, and tomorrow’s music takes shape," says Marco Masini. "I can’t wait to experience that special feeling with you again. In every theater, in every arena, in the eyes and voices that will gather once more, we will create magic again: the past that returns, the future to imagine, and the present to live intensely."
